Samsung SPH-V8200 & SPH-B4100




The above images are the record breaking handsets from Samsung. The phone on the left side is Samsung's SPH-B4100 which can receive satellite and terrestrial DMB-signals. The phone on the right is Samsung SPH-V8200 which is the world's first 8-megapixel camera phone.

The Samsung SPH-B4100 is a clamshell phone with a horizontal rotating display. The SPH-V8200 has an autofocus option and a support of Pictbridge technology which can print photos directly eliminating the use of PC.

Both these phones were introduced by Mr. Ki-Tae Lee, President, Telecom Department, Samsung.

hi. first and foremost, just want to say you have great articles here. i have the v8200 already which was just released here in korea a couple of months ago. i was excited about it. the truth is, it's no different from my sch-s250. slightly improved. the s250 has a slight delay when you take a snapshot, the corrected that with this phone. nothing different except the megapixels part. i was hoping that when they released it, it would run under Wi-Fi.
