post a commentWarning: this phone does not have a fully-functioning PIM/Outlook synchronization feature. You can only hard-copy contacts from your PC. The software has sync features listed, but they are disabled and the Samsung rep said there are no plans to enable the features! It's Openwave WAP also does not work on all email accounts--on some accounts you can't view your individual emails, only the inbox subject lines. This phone has great form factor, but it is not ready for prime time.
