The Samsung Clone


The Samsung D600 has got a twin brother. Take a look at the image, it's the GiNO 888. GiNO 888 resembles Samsung's D600 beacuse it has been manufactured by the same OEM company. The only difference between them is their brand name.

Samsung SGH-i858 approved by FCC


FCC has approved Samsung's latest slider, SGH-i858. It was first released in China. This slider phone supports GSM networks, has a TFT QVGA touchscreen, 2 MP camera, hand writing recognition, optical character recognition, PictBridge printing, Bluetooth, EDGE, USB, IrDA data transfer, microSD memory card storage. It runs on Linux operating system.

Samsung launched 164 handsets in 2005

Samsung has announced that they have launched 164 handsets worldwide in the year 2005. This year Samsung had launched the successor (D600) of award winning slider phone, D500. They also reached other milestones by introducing an 8 Mega Pixel phone, SPH-V8200 and a 3 GB music phone, SGH-i300.

Samsung SGH-T809 available



Samsung's Slider phone, SGH-T809 is available from today via T-Mobile wireless. It will be available for $249 with contract.
